This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was very disappointed. The room was very nice we stayed in but we had a king bed and the sheets on the bed only covered 3/4 of the bed. I went and told the front desk and they just said okay.. The bathroom door got jammed while closed so we had to take the whole door off the track to get it open. Check in was at 4p. By the time we got checked in and got to the pool the water slide was closed until 6p. It was only opened from 6p-9p which was why we choose this hotel for the water slide. I tried to sit in the hot tub but it was so hot you couldn't even put your feet in it. Again we told the worker and she stated they didn't know to turn the temp down.. Check out was at 12p so my kids got up early to swim before we checked out and there was a note on the door saying closed for the day. Very dissapointing stay for the amount of money I paid..
