I worked with Hired to get in my current position and I loved the process. Suzanne and the people in the company had a well studied roadmap who gets you to find what you're looking for, the right place to work in. The thing that I liked most was that you always know the numbers. You don't go through 3-4 different interviews to finally get an under the market offer.
