Very bad experience in gastroenterologist departme...

Very bad experience in gastroenterologist department. I am supposed to do the colonoscopy but they started doing my endoscopy. After half of the endoscopy done they were looking for my file . Even they have n't got my file during the test . After that according to file they found I am supposed to do the colonoscopy not endoscopy. How funny & dangerous it is !!! Authority should take action against it . Service 1 out of 10 . Word 123 , gastroenterologist department
