The staff who answer the phones at the pcp 2nd floor are sooo ghetto, have no customer service experience whatsoever, don't get me wrong I'm ghetto but not at my workplace, these women are just ruuuuude, like c'mon ain't nobody got time for that, telling me my doctor's nurse has no voicemail, guuurl this isn't the first time I call and I've left voicemails for him in the past, and he has a personal recording, so who's lying now?
