I have my uncle there. The nurses don't share information that they acquired on their shift. To the next shift. My uncle. Is diabetic and his levels were way too high. And the nurse that was on shift when we got there, said it was the same the day before. But no one called the doctor to see what needs to be done to make the levels lower. He also says he showers once a month. He has a phone in his room that doesn't work. He can't get service on his own cell phone. The nurses are rude. They walk the halls and don't acknowledge any one. I'm calling the BBB and put in a complaint and ask for this facility to be investigated. After the mess in the Hacienda I'm going to make sure this facility is going to get check out along with the staff.
