This place is like an amusement park for someone like me. Not only is the customer service absolutely outstanding the showroom has a great atmosphere filled with gorgeous, precision German automobiles (No, I don't work for BMW). Kenneth, the service department representative helped me out with an airbag recall on two of my cars as painlessly as could be asked. Even the sales experience is the least pressure I've ever felt at any dealership. I believe the language used was "I don't do pressure, these cars sell themselves.". I'll take any excuse to go to BMW of Nashville!
