We actually own a Time Share through Wyndham and have stayed here 3 times over the span of 4 years. This is the first time we are leaving here totally disappointed. We show up and have to wait 40 minutes for their maintenance man to get the lock system to work and accept slip cards so we can enter our room. They put us right beside a new construction bldg site so you guessed it... 7am hammering in the morning on top of a rowdy neighbors above us till 1am. We were specific in telling them the next day at one of the not so but really is mandatory meetings we were not interested in upgrading and they gave us their word at the concierge's office they would keep it to 1 hour and after 2 hours I had to tell them No straight up as we had plans to see the Grand Canyon and Bearazona. We barely were able to get to Bearizona with 45 minutes to enjoy it. On top of all that they gave us $50 coupons for 89 Steak house and Sound Bites but they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I have always given this place a high rating and huge props but not any more. We won't be back for a long while if at all.
