Horrible first and last experience. Placed order and paid for expedited shipping on 3/14. Nothing ever received. Called them on 4/12 to inquire about status on 4/12 and was told that they had received the product, was stocking it and would be received in "about a week" but never received anything (and at that time was told they would take off the charge for expedited shipping). Called back again today and was told that the order had been cancelled and the customer service agent actually had the audacity to ask me if I had mistakenly cancelled it when I called them on 4/12 (really?). After I told him absolutely not, he placed me on hold to see what happened and came back with they had too much of this item on backorder so Healthy Pets had cancelled the order. I asked if they routinely did so without even emailing or calling the customer to let them know, and he said that "we could do that but since they are transitioning to a new system did not". What a joke. Go with a legitimate, reputable company with real customer service like Chewy or Pet Food Express -- and skip this company.
