Crooks! We booked a this for Valentines weekend and it was cancelled due to weather, fair enough. Due to extensive commitments I did not re book for a while. I tried a couple of times but the availability did not fit with mine. Eventually when it did I was told that I had to re book within a year or we lost our money. This was not in terms or was I ever told. Be warned they are crooks!
