Purchased a ticket two months in advance for this special experience, and it was amazing! The moment the door was opened, we walked in to the season of Autumn; a hallway filled with leaved on the ground, pumpkins, a bin filled with water where warm spheres of hot apple cider were floating as it were an apple bog. We kept walking to the next door which opened to the restaurant. Since Alinea is as much about the experience as was the food, I won't describe the dishes to give it away. The service was unlike anything I've ever experienced. Everything was perfect, clean, well-explained. The level of detail for the food as well as the quality are at levels I've never thought possible. It truly was a once in a lifetime experience, and if you have any reservations about dining here for any reason, stop second guessing yourself and go.
