I have had the pleasure of staying at Pittsburgh Hotel Monaco twice now. I could sing their praises all day. We travel to Pittsburgh to see a specialist for my baby boy s rare genetic eye condition. Upon arriving the first time, Becky warmly greeted me and we talked about my baby s surgeries. She told me I needed to relax and upgraded me to a spa suite. She then personally walked three beers up from happy hour because she knew it would be difficult for me to lug a baby to the first floor. I wanted to cry I appreciated her kindness so much. My second trip here, I met Alexandria. I have been sitting in a hotel room with my baby all day post surgery. It s been a long and stressful day. Seeet Alexandria just knocked on my door with a Oklahoma brewed four pack, a plate of macaroons, and a hand written note. They are KILLING customer service. I am so grateful I ve found this hotel as it is a bright spot every time I come to Pittsburgh
