I'm not usually one to put out a bad review on a company unless it was earned. I contacted Aztec in December to get a quote on wedding rentals for May. I was called in about 1-2 days to get details on what I was looking for and was assured I would receive an estimate via email by the end of the week. It's been 3 weeks now. I've since submitted an additional request, been called again but missed it because I was in class, called back 30 seconds after the missed call (I kid you not), and got voicemail. Additionally, I sent my mother the number and had her call them, gave them information but the rep said she would call my mom back. That was a week ago. Still no call. Seriously, Aztec. New customer service reps that actually call when they say they will would be a great start for change. I don't have the time or patience to play phone tag every week.
