Start at minimum pay. Minimum raises given and then after you work there for 3 years they make up a reason to fire you. It s also funny that everyone let go that month or demoted by a new manager was of one particular race. They could not even prove anything to unemployment so I got paid right away. Nice people work there but it s a small company and their HR practices need some serious work....update I filed an EEOC complaint as well will update once my phone interview is complete in two weeks.
