The doctor was superb. However there is a steep staircase going up to the main floor and I'm disabled so it was quite difficult. The waiting room is much too small exam room is Tiny clearly somebody needs to give the Humane Society of New York a much larger space. And the front desk is always jammed for people trying to pay their bills and do a multitude of other things. I had a very positive experience and so did Fluffy.
