Problems with housekeeping reliability. Unreliable in replacing Towels, soap, shampoo, tissues, dirty glasses were left on the desk. Some staff at the front desk were not helpful. When the printer toner was empty the response was 'well I can't do anything, I ordered toner'. I had to suggest that a note be placed on the printer to let guests know.
