Horrible horrible horrible!! Run from them!! I ve called Lending Tree and the Better Business Bureau and reported them. Ali Lodin, Daniella Lamarque and Randy ( never got his last name) - this team is beyond incompetent and basically stupid. Almost went to litigation because they would not fund the loan AFTER we closed because the first mortgage we were refinancing did not send original Release. Any idiot knows not to send the original Release without payment. You may never get paid!! In Florida, 3 days after closing, loan legally has to be funded. They tries to put us off. We got an attorney to call them. Supposedly we are being funded tomorrow. If not, we will sue. And supposedly, Daniella stated they do hundreds of loans in Florida. So why didn t they know the rules! Run from this group, RUN!!!
