Really poor customer service. Very average quality...

Really poor customer service. Very average quality. Payed annually for Voice service until last September, but Acanac's billing still trying to extort payments for another 2 month of service that wasn't provided and not requested. Asked customer service talk to the manager to clarify that, but their reps hanged up on me twice and sent threats of collection. Stay away of this provider, if you can. Disgrace of the industry....
