Sorry to contradict the previous opinions, but the company does not respect its criteria of values indicated on the site of the company; Company advances its flights without informing its passengers, cancels flights and all this seems normal to them without compensating its passengers.
Do you find it normal that after waiting 3:00 in the baggage check-in room that no information is given and more than 10 passengers learn that the flight has already left for more than an hour ?????? here are the values of the company:

If this were true then we would have been informed and could have taken the flight at no cost including all consequences for those who have a job. This company is already blacklisted from certain agencies and does not do much to improve itself to the point of renting the services of cemAir to ensure its flights because their number of aircraft is limited to take on domestic flights.
