I made a phone call making some inquiries about registering business entity online. Fortunately, after several attempts, someone picked the call, and I would never forget this experience on phone. The way the gentleman shouted at me nu, as if I am his little brother. I wouldn't talk to a stranger on phone like the way the gentleman did. It has really hurt me.
