We were not overly impressed. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon on August 17. We sat at the bar and our bartender, Kayla (got the name from our receipt) was not friendly and definitely did not give you a warm welcome. Never greeted you or introduced herself. Walked up and said "you know what you want to drink?" First time here and I had just sat down and not even looked over drink selection. I tried two samples and drank the tangerine blonde. Beer was good. We ordered food, the fried chicken and mango habanero wings. Food was amazing. My husband asked our bartender for ketchup and she pointed to the six pack holder in front of us, with an eye roll and walked away. Guess what no ketchup in there! My husband got up and got one from the table behind us. We made a comment to each other about her attitude and how she must be having a bad day.
While we are eating some regular customers came in and sat down and all of a sudden our bartender is oozing with niceness. She even overmixes a long island and gives one of the ladies a freebie. I understand taking care of your regulars but you never know who could be a new regular.
Good service goes a long way. Beer and food can be good but if you have a server or bartender who acts like your inconveniencing them, people will not come back.
We will not be back. There are far too many other breweries to stop at in the area that actual greet you, ask if you have ever been there before, this is what we have new on tap, get your names, ect...
