not very helpful unless you are "dirt poor" and/or on welfare, which sucks because the "dirt poor" and/or people on welfare already have so many other places to go for help. the lady said you have to call a number every wednesday starting at 930am, hope that someone picks up your call and hope that there is some help still available. only 20 calls are answered per wednesday.
