I m writing a review about my horrible experience with the sales department. I drove 1 1/2 hours from Atlanta in hopes of purchasing a Lexus at a fair value. The dealership knew a week ahead of time that I would be making the drive. On arrival the car was dirty. I paid $100 out of pocket for the car to be inspected by a nearby Lexus service center. The service center reported it had not been serviced, spark plugs, and air filter needed to be replaced. All simple repairs. To my surprise this dealership refused to acknowledge the inspection from the Lexus dealer and said it would be as is . They also tried to charge me $700 more for sales tax, while trying to stick me with a 5% interest rate with a 800 score. The finance / sales manager didn t even have the decency to come out of his office to speak to me, simply sent his messenger to tell me it is what it is. As is or no deal. I drove back to Atlanta with no car and a horrible experience. I could only imagine how they would treat me after the sale. My money will be much more appreciated elsewhere. If I wasn t in the auto industry I wouldn't have known better. I advise to steer clear of this crooked dealership.
