I have always been a huge Disney fan and would promote the magic that Disney has a legacy of providing. I ve traveled to Disney a multiple of times and I finally decided to give one of their resorts a try. I figured I would start with their low cost option of a resort to get a feel for their environment and after this year book at Disney s higher cost option resort. This experience, however, has left me loathing Disney and everything Disney. The cast members are horribly rude. During my five day stay I was talked down to, I was even yelled at by a few individuals that worked there (Ken the bus driver for Disney Springs) along with a few others. By far the worst experience. After this I will make sure to not travel to any of the Disney parks and much less stay at any of the Disney resorts. Cast members even go as far as discussing how horrible it is to work for Disneyland. I understand that it might be the worst job ever and tourist are annoying, but please understand that we pay a lot in plane tickets; we pay a lot to stay in such a joke of a resort; and we pay a lot for the park tickets to be treated as less than human.
