Let's start with my meeting John, he works marketing for Reliable and he came to my house and kindly without pressure offered me a pamplet and explained what this company offers. I liked him immediately and felt comfortabe talking with him. In steps Joe M., a sales consultant for Reliable. Talk about an honest, upbeat kinda guy. We talked and he measured and came up with a reasonable dollar amount to have my dream patio put in. Long story short. Reliable is honest, they do fantastic work, and they have great communication with each other, but more importantly with their customers. I LOVE MY PATIO! I know I recieved the best deal and best quality. I'm sincere about this. They worked with me to make it affordable. I sit outside every morning and have a cup of coffee. This patio is in my front yard. I have met so many neighbors I had never met before. All is good in the neighborhood.
