I have been with the company for two years and up ...

I have been with the company for two years and up till today I have been very happy. I was verbally told that I was not on auto-debit by one of their staff and then there was an auto debit for my premium, I then call to have them reverse the debit and they would not, ignoring the fact that their staff told me that I was not on auto-debit. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM A COMPANY THAT CALLS THEIR CUSTOMERS "LIARS" If I didn't have money invested in my policy, I would cancel it and find another. I am very very very unhappy with this company.
