If I could rate this hotel ZERO stars I would!! Absolutely horrible! We travel A LOT and this was the worst hotel we ve ever been in. They reserved the wrong room for us, when we got the hotel (after driving 7 hours to get there) the staff was extremely rude, and the place is a dump! If you re staying here, this hotel has a different definition of check in time than any other hotel in the world. We went to check in at 4pm, as their check in time states, and the manager on duty told us our room wasn t ready. When we asked why not, she got extremely rude with us and said check in STARTS at 4pm! That doesn t mean your room is ready!! . We finally got our room at 7:00pm....mind you, we had a 2 and 5 year old in tow with us. The entire 5 days we were there I don t think I saw one staff member smile, much less be nice to anyone. It s as if everyone staying there was an inconvenience to them. The entire place had an awful smell of mildew everywhere!!! We will NEVER stay at a Coco Key resort again and will make sure none of our friends do either!! DO NOT STAY HERE.
