I'd give them a ZERO if I could!!!! What a fuster cluck!!!! I tried making a reservation online on the evening of June 18 at 10:30 pm. Somehow, someway, the system jumped from July 18 the date we wanted to stay to June 18 that very night, charging my card that night as a "no show" I called the very next morning and explained the situation to a person at the front desk. "Oh I see, I understand, and she changed my reservation, SHE SAID to the correct July 18, an email to follow with my confirmation number. Three days later, no email. I have called and called and talked to reservations and the front desk, I have no reservation, only the no show. WHY would I make a reservation for that day at 10:30 at night??? Meanwhile, my credit card has been charged. Promises of return calls from a manager named George in reservations have never been kept. AND, every time I call, their reservation system is down. It's been down for weeks. HOW do they check people in and out if their reservation system is down??? So now I"m out $102.46??!!!! I'm so angry. All I wanted to do was take my grandchildren to Orlando and let them have some fun. No good deed goes unpunished.
