No up-sale, no pushing, no pressure; he answered all my questions and gave me his personal opinions, without imposing his point of views. Just plain friendly and helpful.Yes, there are lower priced online shops -- but the value of the personal service is priceless, especially when it comes to computer hardware, of which I do not know a whole lot. And yes, their prices at SWS are quite competitive.Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly service, and good prices -- you can't beat that equation !!!
