My daughter went and my only real issue is getting anybody to return a call. Also she was released after a fall and no said word one to me about it. Once you get to the person responsible for your issue your fine. It's gett ing said person to check their voicemail or even respond to a message from the front desk that is an issue. As of today I have been waiting over 2 weeks to hear from the patient liaison about her fall. I guess if I don't call her I won't have the issue addressed. The only other issue was daughter said evening staff and weekend staff looked annoyed when she would ask them about anything and often would not do more than acknowledge they heard her. I had to call up there a few times for bullying issues (from another patient) that was not immediately addressed because staff has favorites and if your are more favored your treatment is better.
