I have purchased dozens of cars from dozens of dealers and never had such bad service as buying a new Camry for my son from this dealer. They made a mistake (maybe on purpose) in registering the owner then refused to change it, making us go to the registration office to change it. The service Ontario office said it will now be a used car and it needs to be certified (it was 3 days old with less the 100 k on the clock). We asked the dealer to send over a certificate, they said no, you must bring the car in to be inspected. After the inspection that certified the car was road worthy, we had to then take the papers back to Service Ontario to get the proper registration. The individual taking down the financial background information was rude and surly. There was never any real customer service or any apology. In talking to a near by dealer were I purchased my vehicle I was told I was certainly not the first one to complain about this dealer.
