While Dental Intelligence has a pretty cool looking platform it is difficult to use and the company has NOT provided any of the trainings it promised. We have had this software for 11 months and have yet to have a proper training. Every scheduled training has been either cancelled at the last minute by the rep from Dental Intel or they have NOT shown up to the online meeting (costing us lost patient time). I have complained to the company 5 times and asked for a refund but they have refused. So we are stuck with it. Don't be fooled by the fancy platform. Overall Dental Intel has been a total WASTE OF MONEY.
