I don't even know where to start... My wife and I came here on a whim as a one-night honeymoon. Right from the start I knew this place was right for us- the staff on the phone were very helpful and did a great job setting up our reservation. Once we arrived and stepped inside we were blown away. The unique styling of the hotel was refreshing, and there wasn't a dirty mirror or carpet to be seen. It was almost unreal how clean they keep this place. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly (Especially Brianna and Patrick) and made us feel more than welcome. The woman working the desk when we arrived was named Brianna- she made the whole process complelty pain-free. It was awesome to be greeted to such a huge smile and lively attitude. When we made it to our hotel room our jaws almost hit the floor. The room was stunning! Shorty after unpacking we had a knock at the door- Brianna personally brought us a bottle of Champagne and gave us a hand-written note congratulating us on our marriage (THIS is customer service at its finest!) We had a slight hiccup for a moment when we noticed that we couldn't fill our bathtub, as the drain wouldn't stay closed. After calling to the front desk they sent a staff member up immediatly, who fixed the problem in under 60 seconds, and apologized up and down for the inconvenience. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but even the repair man must have been trained heavily with customer service too, because he couldn't have been any friendlier! The following morning I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick at the front desk. He gave us some excellent suggestions for local spots to check out, and accommodated our late check-out request. As we were leaving and checking out, Patrick remembered our room number without even having to look it up (I know, this sounds so insignificant, but it really made me feel like I wasn't just another guest, but that he actually cared about our stay in the establishment!). Everyone working here was beyond friendly and seemed genuinely happy to have us. I wish I could thank the staff more than just this review, because they made this a night that we will never forget. This was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel in my life! I can't wait for the next opportunity to stay here again! A+++
