Very poor service. No one interested to sell the car. I am calling to showroom for test derive and they promised to arrange the same but after reaching the showroom they denied the test drive. They asked for exchange of old car and unexpired staff was deployed for old vehicle inspection while we are inside the showroom. While we are leaving the showroom my car was not started so we ask the person who is inspected the car. They are denied that they don t know about the car and also not stated the car. While we ask them that how he was inspected the car without start of the car. We requested them to start the car or arrange the mechanic. We literally stuck up about 2 hr and no one will look up the matter. After repeated request they will call the mechanic. After 2 hr waiting the mechanic was came and start my car we had pay the amount of Rs 400 to that mechanic. I had taken my car with my Mechanic and get inspected and told the story. My Mechanic was told that the malfunctioning was carried out they told me that malfunctioning was carried out to my car.
This is very horrible experience with the Mahendra dealer. Very unprofessional staff. Do not buy the car from this dealer and also do not hand over keys to your car for vehicle inspection.
