Never do business with Brummelhuis, they refuse to give your purchase deed with signatures (copy or original) are now working on legal assistance to still receive my deed with my signature as owner on it. Brummelhuis thinks you don't need that. But it is MY deed I paid for. And I am the owner of the property I bought.
