I feel the need to express just how dissatisfied I feel today following an afternoon tea at this establishment.

After 10 minutes or so and with the meeting adjourned, I took it upon myself to move all the crockery from our assigned table to what was previously 'the meeting' table so as not to feel that my guests and I were sitting in a storage cupboard.

Having made the best I could out of a frustrating situation, I again attempted to make myself and my party comfortable.

The food presented to us was utterly dismal! Half a sandwich each that looked as though they had been made with paper as opposed to bread, stodgy brownies and hard flap Jacks.

Or as my girlfriend put it:

'Few words to describe the afternoon tea; disappointing, unsatisfactory and as for the sandwich selection - meagre to say the least.

As mentioned, there were individuals constantly in and out of the room to collect their suitcases and belongings.

Having sent an email to the manager, the response I received was as bad as the whole experience itself. Half of the issues raised were dismissed and a refund was not offered.

If you ever fancy an afternoon tea, I'd recommend the Drumossie Hotel instead. Stay away from the Glen Mhor Hotel at all costs!
