If there was an option to give less than zero star...

If there was an option to give less than zero stars I would. I initially gave a good review on this dealership a year ago when I bought my car. It was the salesmen I actually gave the positive review for. He quit a week after I bought my car (not surprised why now). Since then, I have taken my car into the service department. NO ONE RETURNS calls in the service department. I've gone a month, trying to get ahold of someone daily. Rude employees, poor customer service, and the paint job/rust protection they did on my car (that i paid extra for), was actually done poorly. Now they refuse to fix their mistakes and are blaming Ford. Save your money, save your stress, and go ANYWHERE but here. You'll thank me later.
