BAD, embarrassing and SHAMEFUL, it perfectly describes the current situation we are in. Vola has received its money from Ryanair since March for a canceled flight, and to new Vola customers, PAUZAA. Office colleagues who bought Ryanair plane tickets on the same flight received the money 3 days after the cancellation announcement, and we who took it through Vola received nothing, only words.
AVOID THIS AGENCY !!!!!!!!
