Very difficult to work with. Hard to get staff on the phone, website and messaging system is not optimal, and always have a difficult time dealing with the company. Constantly trying to drive down appraisal prices. I don't know why banks use this service to hire appraisers or what the cost is to them, but I personally would never use Nationwide Appraisal Services.
