I am very impressed with the wonderful customer service! I purchased a tv stand from Wayfair and I was missing the instructions from the package. I sent a message through Twin Star Facebook because the business was closed on the weekends. I was disappointed thinking I would have to wait until the following weekend to put it together. They immediately messaged me back with the instructions. I love my tv stand!!
