I ordered struts/ shocks for my Toyota Camry. I purchased all 4, spent over $400 for kyb full assembly. RockAuto sent a wrong strut for the front right side. When asked to exchange them for the correct ones they didn t honor my request. After a while they stopped replying to my emails and they never pick up their phone. Overall horrible experience, now I know to spend a few bucks more and do business elsewhere. Terrible business practices.
