RA's customer service is terrible. Oh wait, they don't have any customer service. Had to return a defective item(brake caliper assembly). Which means brake job had to wait. Wanted to return the other one because I am unsure of the quality of the brake calipers, and exchange for a higher quality set. No way to do that unless you risk paying shipping both ways. No way to ask questions on best course of action. There are too many other online suppliers that offer a live person to answer these types of questions and free shipping or a simple return policy. I hope the replacement part arrives soon and works. Then I get to spend my time arranging the core returns. I also ordered a power steering gear and hope to do that job when I have the from wheels off for the brake job. I'm a little nervous ( with the quality of the part and possible return, not the job.)but keeping my fingers crossed. I will be using other supplies from now on. I tried but way too may hoops to go through to get an answer to a question. They (the recording) say it is to save money but they are sure making up for it on return shipping. I'd complain but there's no one to complain to. The concept seems simple enough until it's not.
