Came in after scheduling a tour for my mother with Rob. Was seated while waiting to sign in at front desk. Upon signing in was greeted with a glare "can I help you" in the most unpleasant tone. It was like I committed a crime walking in. The treatment I received from receptionist gives the impression certain people are not welcomed so imagine how my mom would be treated in their care. Walked out and hopefully will find a place more accepting and inclusive.
