This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an insurance company. I must have called 5 times. Each time I was told that I was calling the wrong department and needed to be transferred. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I was on hold for so long and then each time the call was disconnected. So I have given up. Seems like no one wants to do any work over there. I kept getting passed over to the next department. Pharmacy said I need medical management, medical management said I need pharmacy...you get the idea..I will never call them back for anything ever again. If they want information from me, then they can call me!!
Horrible, unprofessional, and disappointing!
