They delivered what was promised in a prudent and transparent way. What initially started out as some quickbooks training/organization consulting for our in house accountant ended up being a 6 week project. We spent more than we had originally planned but only because we kept adding services. I was firm in requesting a proposal and estimate for each new area we tackled. I know I can be a stickler when it comes to requiring paperwork but they worked with me and I made sure we only paid for the services we approved and agreed on. In the end thanks to my superior haggling skills and their drive to make us happy we were able to really hit all the area's we needed to and it didnt kill my bank account.
