very pushy sales people, use your first name and act like they are your best friend and try to give you a free iPad. They don't even talk about the quality of their toner or the cost. I called her a Toner Pirate, and she got very irate and tried to make me feel like a bad person. Arrrrggh, ye be Toner Pirates!!
