Review for recent Birthday party. DO NOT, repeat DO NOT book here. From the booking to the extremely poor communication I should ve taken it as a sign things would go wrong the day of. They did. I emailed guest list twice, show up & they don t have it. Good thing I brought a copy. No one to help us unload car. No one ready. Now our party is scheduled for 1 hour after opening so...why are they not ready?!!

We booked water room, looked cute from pictures. See pictures....Room is DARK. What kind of place has a dark party room?!!

The party cost includes party room for 2 hours. We show up at our time and room is not ready. Isn t the point of paying an arm & leg is that things are done for you? Nope. So lost about 20 minutes there. Then food later than anticipated. Then when time to cut the cake there wasn t a knife ready to serve the cake. Now, if you are having kids party, with cake, shouldn t knife be ready? Our host acted surprised. So another 10 minutes to wait for a knife.

If you are still reading and still considering booking a party then next part just great. Now you know how room wasn t ready on time?! Well they made sure we were OUT on time.
Only good part was we left the mess behind!
Look elsewhere for a party!
