I tried to use this group to sell my home. After 8 months and no showings - in a popular area I asked the agent(s) what was going on, it turns out they wanted me to rent my property SO THEY COULD MANAGE IT. Do not lock in any contracts with these lazy people. They want easy money and don't care about selling your house.

I had to wait for my contract to expire and finally, I swapped to a new realtor (Gulf Coast Realtors), my house was viewed 14 times the DAY it was listed and under contract the next day. We sold it within 4 weeks of listing, oh and we sold it for more than we were asking with Realty Executives.
