Most horrible experience ever!!

Most horrible experience ever!!

Temperature in room blocked from heating room. Huge storm, flooding in area including in front of our outdoor room. Tried to warm up room but no heat. Called front desk, they state that hotel was on power saving mode. Their solution a small room heater. Wifey was able to warm up enough to finally fall asleep. I was on the phone w/front desk and customer service with no answers.

Two mornings later manager, that I must go find, obviously not a priority, gives me bs answer. The guests told him they were too warm so he went to power savings mode.
