I recently worked with DPI on a process improvement project, and my experience was quite average. While they offered a range of innovative solutions, I found their communication to be a bit lacking at times. The team was knowledgeable and helpful, but there were delays in response to my inquiries which led to some frustration on my end. However, I appreciated their attention to detail and the quality of their work. Overall, I'd say it was a decent experience, but I would hope for more consistent communication in the future. 😐
