I recently used the services of this real estate company and found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of listings, but the communication from the agents was a bit lacking. 🏡 It took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries, and I felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. However, once we got past the initial communication issues, the agents were helpful in guiding me through the process. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think there is room for improvement in their customer service.
